Cathy's Fresh Fruit Salad
Cathy'S Fresh Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. fresh strawberries, 1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless white grapes, 1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes, 2 or 3 bananas and 2 medium apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice berries.
Remove grapes from stems.
Slice bananas. Core apples, but do not peel.
Slice in bite size pieces.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Chop pecans.
Peel and remove orange sections from membrane.
Add lemon and pineapple juice to fruit mixture.
Add sugar to taste.
Peel and slice kiwi on top for decoration.
Chill.
Everybody loves it.
