Catherine's Cheese Cake
Catherine'S Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 ready-made graham cracker crust or 2 c. graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted oleo, 1 small pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Press crackers and oleo in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare Jell-O with a cup of boiling water.
Set aside.
Mix cream cheese and cup of sugar.
Blend with Jell-O and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Whip Milnot until it holds peaks and fold into Jell-O mixture.
Pour over crust and refrigerate.
