Cathedral Window Cookies(Actually Aunt Helen'S Recipe) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. flavored miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In top of double boiler, melt margarine and chocolate chips.
Add pecans and let cool several minutes, then fold in colored marshmallows.
Let cool until rolls can be formed with the hands (6 rolls).
Roll in flaked coconut.
Slice thin for serving. (YUMMY.)
