Cathedral Cookies
Cathedral Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, 4 tbsp. margarine, 2 eggs, 10 1/2 oz. pkg. mini colored marshmallows and 1 c. finely chopped nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.
Add margarine.
Cool. Beat 2 eggs and add to chocolate chips mixture.
Add mini marshmallows, stir quickly.
Form into 3 rolls by globbing on tinfoil.
Roll in chopped nuts.
Reroll in new tinfoil and refrigerate overnight.
Slice and serve.
