Catfish Stew
Catfish Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. catfish, 1 1/2 qt. water, 3/4 c. onions, diced, 1 c. regular ketchup and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put fish in water, boil until they flake, take out of water, remove all bones.
Put onions in water fish was boiled in and cook until done.
Put fish back into pot and boil about 10 minutes. Add ketchup, boil 5 minutes and serve over rice or toast.
