Cat's Squash Casserole
Cat'S Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 5) can squash, drained or 3 lb. fresh squash, cooked until tender and drained, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 c. bread crumbs and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain squash well.
Mash with potato masher.
Add eggs and blend in rest of ingredients.
Pour into a greased baking pan. Cover with cracker crumbs that have been mixed with melted oleo. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
