Casserole Italiano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked macaroni, 3/4 lb. lean ground beef, 2 tbsp. onion, minced, 1 small garlic clove, minced and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; set aside. Brown beef, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat.
Remove excess grease.
Add salt, oregano, soup, water and cooked macaroni.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish; garnish with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
