Casserole For The Crowd is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground round or chuck, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. cream of chicken soup, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, corn, pimento, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
