Carrots with Onions
Carrots With Onions is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) pkg. carrots, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1/2 c. water, 3 medium onions and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water.
Cut carrots in 1-inch strips and cook in bouillon for 10 minutes.
Melt butter and cook onions in a large pan for 10 minutes.
Mix flour and 3/4 cup water until smooth.
Add to onion mixture.
Add carrots, salt and sugar to taste; simmer for 10 minutes.
A nice change from plain carrots!
