Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. carrots, onions, green pepper, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Clean carrots and slice.
Cook until tender.
Drain and add onions and peppers.
Mix soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
