Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. carrots, sliced and cooked, 1 onion, chopped or slivered, 1 green pepper, chopped or slivered, 1 can tomato soup and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat to a boil the tomato soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour heated ingredients over carrots, onions and pepper strips.
Stir well and allow to marinate a couple of hours.
