Carrot Salad
Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 2 tbsp. sugar, pinch of salt, 1/2 c. cold water and 1 large can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix gelatin, sugar, salt and water.
Warm just to melt gelatin.
Put in mold and partially gel.
Drain.
Mix pineapple, carrots and juice.
Fold this into the partially jelled mixture in mold.
Put back in refrigerator until jelled again.
Serve on lettuce.
