Carrot Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. carrots, 1 c. raisins, 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grate enough carrots to fill the next to large mixing bowl. Mix with onion, raisins, drained pineapple and mayonnaise.
