Carrot Salad
Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches carrots, sliced diagonally and cooked until tender, 1/2 c. oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 can tomato soup (plain) and 1 green pepper, sliced in rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all but the carrots, green pepper and onion in a saucepan. Heat until all ingredients are well mixed and sugar is dissolved. Pour sauce (while still hot) over carrots, onion and green peppers.
Refrigerate.
