Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. carrots, sliced, 2 tbsp. onion, chopped, dash of pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots in small amount of water until done.
Drain and put in casserole dish.
Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Spoon over carrots.
Mix butter with saltines and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
