Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cut up carrots, 3/4 c. water, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook the cut up carrots in water until tender.
When done, let them cool, then add sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs mixed with oleo over the top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes in a 2-quart casserole dish.
