Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sliced carrots, 1 c. cream of celery soup, 1 c. velveeta cheese, 1/4 c. town house cracker crumbs and 1 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix carrots, soup and cheese together and put in casserole.
Mix margarine (melted) with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. (Make cooked carrots for a short time prior to mixing as directed.)
