Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked carrots, 1 c. velveeta cheese chunks, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. melted butter and 1/4 c. milk (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain carrots after cooking.
Add cheese and butter.
Stir well and add milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir again.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour in greased dish.
