Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. or 4 c. sliced cooked carrots, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cut in bits, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. oleo and 1 can celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion in 1/2 cup oleo.
Butter a 2-quart casserole dish and alternate carrots, onions, cheese and soup until used.
Melt 4 tablespoons of oleo in flat pan.
Stir in seasoned cubes and spread over top just before baking.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
