Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced cooked carrots, 1 onion, chopped, 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 1/2 c. herb flavored stuffing cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain carrots after cooking.
Cook onion in butter.
Stir in soup, salt and pepper.
Add cheese and carrots.
Put in 2-quart casserole.
Toss stuffing with melted butter and spoon over carrot mixture.
