Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. horseradish and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook carrots until tender (drain).
Place in a casserole. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Spoon over carrots.
Mix crumbs and butter or margarine.
