Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix in large bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In separate bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs, then add to dry ingredients and mix together. Fold in carrots, pineapple, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 1 hour.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
