In a large dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple, raisins, nuts and vanilla.
Mix until all ingredients are moistened. Then
5 minutes longer. Bake in 9 x 9-inch cake at 355Β° for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake leaves the side of pan.
