Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine sugar and oil in large bowl; mix well.
Add carrots and blend eggs in, one at a time.
Beat well after each egg.

Bake in ungreased tube pan at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
