Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with c. flour, c. sugar, c. wesson oil, c. grated carrots and eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add other ingredients in large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured (or Pam sprayed) glass Pyrex.
Can also put into Bundt pan that has been Pam sprayed.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Test by toothpick. Allow cake to cool before icing.
