Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. cut up nut meats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a bowl, mix sugar and oil well together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Mix in dry ingredients, starting with flour.
Mix well.
Add carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
