Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat sugar and eggs at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly at medium speed.
Then add carrots, nuts and raisins, mixing well.
Spread into 13 x 9-inch or 9-inch layer pans.
(Grease and flour pan.)
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
Put butter frosting or whipped cream on top.
