Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. white sugar, 3/4 c. puritan oil, 1 stick butter, 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white, well beaten and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and salad oil together.
Add well beaten eggs; mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and stir in.
Mix until smooth. Add chopped walnuts and grated carrots.
Bake in 3 greased cake pans at 325Β° or Bundt cake pan about 30 minutes.
Oil and lightly flour Bundt pan.
