Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grate carrots or combine carrots, oil and eggs in blender and liquify.
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, soda, powder, salt, cinnamon, nuts and carrot mixture.
Mix well.
Bake in tube pan in preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle.
Let cool and remove from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with chocolate frosting.
