Grate carrots into large bowl.

Add oil and mix.

Then add and mix sugar, brown sugar and eggs.

Measure, add and mix in the flour, soda and salt.

Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.

When cool, spread with Cream Cheese Icing.
