Carrot Cake

Measure all dry ingredients in sifter.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients and oil in small amounts at a time, stirring well.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into three greased and floured round cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done when tested with a toothpick or cake tester.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
