Carrot Cake

Add sugar to eggs.
Beat well.
Add Wesson oil; mix well. Sift dry ingredients 3 times and mix with carrots and nuts.
Add to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour into 3 well-greased layer cake pans and bake at 300Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
