Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine eggs, sugars and oil in large bowl.
Beat well. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to sugar mixture and beat well.
Stir in carrots, vanilla, raisins and walnuts.
When well blended, pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake for one hour and 15 minutes in 350Β° oven or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool completely on rack before covering or cutting.
