Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. oil, 2 c. vanilla, sugar or brown sugar and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium-size bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, spices and nuts.
In another bowl, blend oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add vanilla and carrots.
Add flour mixture and mix until thoroughly blended.
Generously grease pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 (8 or 9-inch) rounds pans for 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Delicious with cream cheese icing!
