Carrot Bread
Carrot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In small bowl, mix dry ingredients and set aside.
In large bowl, mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, oil and milk at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix for about 2 more minutes.
Add carrots and pineapple (with juice).
Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
