Sift dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and oil and beat well.
Stir in carrots, raisins, coconut and walnuts.
Bake in greased and floured 9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan, or 2 small loaves. Bake at 350Β° for 70 minutes.
