Carp-a-La-Shingle
Carp-A-La-Shingle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 5 lb.) fresh water carp, 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. cooking wine and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter; mix with wine. Place fish with butter/wine sauce into aluminum foil, wrapping tightly. (Salt and pepper before wrapping fish.) Place on redwood shingle bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Then remove fish from oven.
Throw away and eat shingle. Serves all.
