Carolyn's Crab Dip
Carolyn'S Crab Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream or neufchatel cheese, 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 2 cans crab, drained, 6 green onions and 1/4 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Slice onions, including tops.
In heavy Dutch oven, melt cream cheese; add Cheddar cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add remaining 3 ingredients.
