Carolina Peach Pie
Carolina Peach Pie is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 2 hours 6 minutes. Made with c. butter, c. flour, . salt, c. sliced peaches and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut 1/2 cup butter into mixture of 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt until crumbly.
Pat into 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle peaches with 1/4 cup sugar.
Combine 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, vanilla and sour cream in bowl; mix well.
Fold in peaches.
Spoon into prepared pie plate.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°.
Bake 20 minutes longer.
Sprinkle mixture of remaining 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon over pie.
Bake 10 minutes.
