Carolina Apple Cake
Carolina Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooking oil, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, beaten, 3 c. plain flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add to egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake in a 350Β° oven for about 1 hour.
Remove cake and let cool.
Top with the following glaze.
