Carol's Pecan Pie
Carol'S Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. softened butter, 3/4 c. light karo, 2 tbsp. honey, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream the first 4 ingredients then add the next 5 and mix well.
Pour into the shell, decorate with the remaining nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
(You may want to place the pie in the lower 1/2 of the oven to keep the top from browning before the custard is properly set.)
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
