Carol's Chicken Casserole
Carol'S Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stewed chicken, deboned and cubed, or 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1 can campbell's cream of celery soup, 4 c. chicken broth and 2 boxes chicken-flavored stove top stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine
Soups and broth; set aside.
Place 1 box of dry stuffing mix in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Place
Half the cubed chicken and half the soup/broth mixture. Repeat. Bake until bubbly, about 45 minutes in a 375Β° oven. Suitable for large group as it serves several.
