Carob Yeast Cake
Carob Yeast Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 3/4 c. oil, 1 c. honey and 3 tbsp. egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in warm water in small bowl; set aside. Cream oil and honey.
Add EGG SUBSTITUTE, one tablespoon at a time, beating
Combine carob powder, flour and salt in separate bowl.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix well after each addition. Stir mixture vanilla. and refrigerate overnight.
Pour batter into 3 greased or sprayed and floured 8-inch
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes. Cool and add icing.
