Put all in bowl and use eggbeater to mix.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425Β° for 45 to 55 minutes.
About 10 minutes before pie is done; add the topping mix in a circle approximately 2 inches from outside crust and return to oven to finish baking.
