Caribbean Fudge Pie
Caribbean Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 3 eggs, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tsp. instant coffee powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the margarine with sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler or in microwave.
Add melted chocolate and instant coffee to egg mixture. Stir in flour and 1 cup broken walnuts.
Turn into pie shell. Top with remaining walnuts (halves), if desired.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Cool. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip, if desired.
(The cream actually tones down the sweetness!)
Slice thin.
