Caribbean Bananas
Caribbean Bananas is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 medium ripe bananas, 1/4 c. sauce cockaigne (following) and 1/4 c. warm dark rum or liquor, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter.
Peel bananas and split lengthwise.
Simmer banana gently in butter, both sides.
Baste with sauce.
Serve on hot plate.
Pour rum or liquor over bananas and light.
