Caramels
Caramels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. syrup, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. vinegar and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil the sugar, syrup, water and vinegar for 6 minutes.
Add the butter.
Cool until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from fire; stir in vanilla.
Turn into buttered tins.
Mark in squares when cool; cut when cold.
