Caramelitas
Caramelitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bags caramels, 1 c. evaporated milk, 2 c. flour, 2 c. oatmeal and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Melt caramels and evaporated milk; mix with hands all other ingredients except chips. Put half of mix in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chips on top, then pour caramels over chips.
Put rest of mix on top and bake until brown at 350°.
