Caramel Ribbon Brownies
Caramel Ribbon Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag kraft caramels, 1/3 can evaporated milk, 1 chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. melted oleo or butter and 1/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat and melt the caramels into the 1/3 can evaporated milk. Mix the chocolate cake mix, melted oleo or butter and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk together.
Spread 1/2 mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over hot baked crust.
Drizzle caramel mixture on top.
Spread rest of cake mixture on that.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes more. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
