Caramel Ribbon Bars
Caramel Ribbon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional), 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.), 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and 1/2 c. or more milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix and walnuts.
Stir in evaporated milk and the melted butter or margarine.
Spread about half of the cake mixture in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over hot crust.
Drizzle with caramel topping.
